Convalescing Support
Sometimes an extra pair of hands can be a welcome addition in the first few days, weeks or months whilst recovering from a period of ill health or following an injury.
At Sheppard's Care we fully understand the worries you maybe experiencing for example, if you have a family to care for. At such a difficult and stressful time you'll want the right support at hand - we genuinely care about your overall wellbeing enabling you to focus on making a speedy recovery.
We take the time to listen and understand your personal requirements, so we know exactly what you need and how we can make things easier, working with you as your needs change. We provide a wide range of services that can support you during your recuperation, such as transporting and accompanying you to a medical appointment, getting out and about or making use of any helpful therapy and activity sessions.
We can also assist you with practical help with everyday tasks such as light housework, laundry, ironing, preparing and cooking meals, running errands and shopping. These services are included and offered to all our clients as part of our convalescing support service.
