We have a rigorous recruitment process for all Staff Members, who are all subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as a Criminal Records Bureau) check. We also require detailed references which we always follow up, and for your peace of mind all of our Staff Members are fully insured.
To ensure we have complete understanding of your personal needs, we can arrange a visit with you and perhaps your family too. We work together to create a tailored plan, including the times and frequency of our visits arranged to suit you, so you always know when we will be there. Where possible, we are committed to maintaining continuity of staff while we are supporting you as we fully understand the importance of an ongoing working relationship.
